Hõbeda ( German Hoebbet or Höbbet ) is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Kadrina ( Kadrina vald ) in the Estonian Lääne -Virumaa.

The village has 73 inhabitants ( 2007).

The most famous son of the town is the Baltic German physician, discoverer and explorer Karl Espen Berg (1761-1822), who was born in Hõbeda. He accompanied, among others, 1803-1806 Adam Johann von Krusenstern as a ship's doctor in his circumnavigation.
