The Holiday Park is a theme park in Haßloch ( Rhineland -Palatinate).
General
In the park, the first free-fall tower ( "Free Fall Tower" ) and the first Rapid River Ride in Germany was built. The best-known attraction of the park is expected since 2001, mainly through the national media echo to be the roller coaster Expedition GeForce.

History
The original " fairy tale park Haßloch " was purchased in 1971 by the Schneider family. In 1973 he received its present name Holiday Park. Initially, the park still had an area of 70,000 m² but until today has grown to over 400,000 m². In the following years, the park was supplemented with other shows and attractions. Until the mid-1990s, there was a so-called Lilliputian city in Holiday Park.
On 3 November 2010 the Belgian studio was 100 to purchase the Holiday Parks known. It will in the next four years 25 million euros will be invested and thereby resorted to the licenses to Vicky, Pippi Longstocking, Maya the Bee, Tabaluga and Heidi purchased in 2008 by the studio.
