Content

A weekend visit to his hometown of living in Berlin, Marko experienced a straight trend of the joint family. His depressed mother Gitte announced to have discontinued their medication after 30 years. His brother Jacob and his father Günter react very skeptical and thus driving the mother to despair.

Awards

The film was awarded particularly valuable from the German Film and Media Review (FBW ) with the predicate. In 2012 he was awarded the main prize The Flying Ox on the movie kunstfest Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. For his role in the film Lars Eidinger was awarded the Prize of the German Film Critics 2012 Best Actor.
