The Honister Pass or Honister home is a mountain pass in the Lake District, Cumbria, England.

The pass is at an altitude of 356 meters and connects the hamlet Seatoller in Borrowdale in the east to the hamlet Gatesgarthdale at Buttermere Lake in the west. The pass road has a slope of up to 25 percent.

The pass is limited by the Grey Knotts in the south and Dale Head in the north.

The Gatesgarthdale Beck built on the Hornister Pass and flows west to Buttermere Lake.

On the pass is the home Honister Youth Hostel and the slate quarrying of Honister Slate Mine.
