Hood scoop

A cold air scoop or scoop is an opening on the hood or at a different location of the body, but only in a separate room ( cabins, construction vehicle, transformer stations, warehouses, etc.), which allows the entry of air by the wind or by using the natural air flow (wind) air exchange guaranteed.

It is used in high-performance engines for additional cooling or relief of air to the motor, but is also very popular in the tuning scene, where they there usually is for the purpose of beautification and not the air.
