Also for the reviewers of whiskey - soda.de is Hordes of Zombies a " masterpiece" and a " must-have for any Death Grinders." He describes the album as " incredibly high quality ," says the rhythm section with bassist David Vincent, and drummer Pete Sandoval and the guitar work of Katina Culture, but he also criticized the sometimes monotonous sounding vocals of Anthony Rezhawk. Patrick Schmidt from Rock Hard was disappointed. Although Hordes of Zombies is a solid Death Grind album, but was too predictable and do not have much to do with the previous Terrorizer.
