HSV SV88

The HSV SV88 was the first attempt by Holden Special Vehicles in Australia in 1988 to build a luxury sports car based on a Holden. It was based on the Holden Calais. The engine produced 13.6 bhp (10 kW ) more than the standard engine. The output was 185 bhp (136 kW) and torque at 355 Nm. There were also slight Body Tuning ( The sills were in body color - Dorward - blue - painted). In addition to the optional equipment available from Holden also could have a car phone and a fax machine are ordered.
