Hulhulé Island

Hulhulé ( Thaana: ހ ު ޅ ު ލ ެ [ huɭule ] ) is a small island in the Maldives. It is one kilometer northeast of the capital island Malé, 800 meters southwest of the artificial island Hulhumalé and administratively belongs to the capital Malé region, but is not part of one of the six districts.

On Hulhulé is a hotel complex situated in the west and in particular the international airport in the Maldives, the Malé International Airport. The island was enlarged several times artificially since 1960.
