Humaitá, Amazonas

Humaitá is a municipality in the south of the Brazilian state of Amazonas. Humaitá is located at 58 meters above sea level and covers about 33,000 square kilometers. The municipality has 44 227 inhabitants ( 2013 estimate by IBGE ).

The Diocese Humaitá was conducted in 2010 by Franz Josef Meinrad Merkel ( CS Sp ).
