Hybrid mail

The data transmission from the sender to the service provider is usually done as a file, using either special software or by web interface. The most common file formats are. PDF (Portable Document Format) and. DOC (Microsoft Word). There are also hybrid mail providers that are not postal service itself. Instead of the regular mail shipping also the transmission by fax is possible.

Advantages and Disadvantages
