Ibrahim Kargbo

Ibrahim Kargbo ( born April 10, 1982 in Freetown ) is a Sierra Leonese - Belgian professional footballer, who plays for Azerbaijani club FK Baku since 2010.

Kargbo began his career in the youth department of Feyenoord Rotterdam. For the 1999 season, he moved to Belgium to FC Brussels, where he was a regular in the next two years and 59 league games played. After that he went for three more years for Sporting Charleroi, for the 1.75 -meter right-footed could achieve as a central defender in 80 games two goals. A subsequent stint in the Turkish league for Malatyaspor but ended after only two months and a single game. Kargbo moved back to Belgium to his home club, who had become fused to the FC Brussels. Here he played in the 2005/06 season 26 games and scored one goal. From 2006 to 2010 he was for Willem II Tilburg in the Dutch Eredivisie active before joining zm FK Baku.

In addition Kargbo played several times for the Sierra Leonean national football team.
