Iglseebach

The Iglseebach, locally also called Mischelbach ( not to be confused with the nearby Igelsbach ), is a creek in the community Plein field in the Middle Franconian district of Wissembourg -Gunzenhausen in Bavaria. There is an approximately 4.3 km henchmen right tributary of the Swabian Rezat.

Etymology

The name is derived from leeches ( Igl dialect for flukes ), which live in the ponds of the stream.

Course

The Iglseebach formed by the confluence of pea trench and Haselgraben in the forest Tannenloh southwest of wood man, a district of Plein field at an altitude of 405 m above sea level. NN. First, it flows through the Iglseeweiher, a small lake, which has been converted into three ponds.
