Igor Misko

Igor Vladimirovich Misko (Russian Игорь Владимирович Мисько; born July 24, 1986 in Leningrad, Russian SFSR, † 6 July 2010 Kolpino, Russia) was a Russian ice hockey player, who from 2005 to 2010 for SKA Saint Petersburg of the Kontinental Hockey League was under contract.

Career

Igor Misko began his career in the youth of HK Ischorezund came from 2001 in the men's team of the club in the third-tier league Perwaja used. This was followed by more years of education at HK Spartak Saint Petersburg and locomotive St. Petersburg before he came from 2005 exclusively with the SKA Saint Petersburg used. By 2010, he played more than 200 games in the Super League and KHL SKA.

According to information from his club Misko died on 6 July 2010 of a heart attack in his car. He was buried on 9 July 2010 at the cemetery in Kolpino.
