Igor Tomašić

Igor Tomašić ( born December 14, 1976 in Kutina ) is a Bulgarian football player of Croatian descent. He plays as a defender for Maccabi Tel Aviv. His first club was Moslavina Kutina. Later he came to the Croatian top club Dinamo Zagreb. Between 1997 and 2005 he played for several clubs in Belgium, the Netherlands and Israel, before he came to Levski Sofia in Bulgaria. For Levski he played between 2005 and 2008 and brought it to 130 League Appearances. He also played with Levski in the Champions League and the UEFA CUP. Was then known, on 19 May 2008 that he leaves Levski free transfer and switches to Israel Maccabi Tel Aviv.

In 2006 he decided to Bulgaria to play against Wales and made his first international match since eight matches played (no gate).
