Illinois Central Electric Railway

The Illinois Central Electric Railway (ICE ) was an interurban railway in Fulton County in western Illinois, west of the city of Peoria.

The railway company was founded on 9 October 1903. The route went from Lewistown north to Farmington and had a branch of Norris to Fairview. The railway was opened as follows:

The train lost the competition against the road and was shut down and dismantled on 25 July 1928.
