Ilona Sekacz
Ilona Sekacz ( born April 6, 1948 in Blackpool, England) is a British composer.
Biography
Ilona Sekacz is the daughter of a Polish woman and an Englishman. In her childhood she learned the violin and was later a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. After studying at the University of Birmingham, she began to compose for theater performances. So she worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre in London. From 1980 she composed for television productions and from 1994 for movies.
