Iñapari

Iñapari on the map of Peru

Iñapari is a town in the South American Andean country of Peru.

Iñapari is the administrative seat of the province Tahuamanu, one of three provinces of the Madre de Dios region, and is located in the border triangle Peru - Bolivia - Brazil. The village is connected with Brazil and the Brazilian neighboring town of Assis Brasil on the Puente de la Integracion, a binational bridge over the Río Acre. Iñapari has a population of about 1,500 inhabitants and is significantly grown in the past decade since the opening of Transoceanica connecting Sao Paulo with Lima.
