Infratil

Infratil is a company listed on the Stock Exchange of New Zealand investment company that invests primarily in the sectors of infrastructure and utilities. The company is listed on the New Zealand 50 Index Exchange at NZX.

Infratil was founded in 1994 by Lloyd Morrision, an investment banker, Wellington. His company H.R.L. Morrison & Co as agent performs the administrative and business activities of Infratil, which itself does not have its own administration and no employees.
