Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía

The Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Geografía e Informática ( INEGI - National Institute of Statistics, Geography and computer science ) is a public institution of Mexico for the economic and geographic data collection and the development in the field of computer science.

The INEGI was founded on 25 January 1983. The INEGI under the Ministry of Finance, however, run efforts to grant the INEGI own skills. Headquartered in Aguascalientes.
