The International Union of Food Workers, with an international name to the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers ' Associations (IUF ) is a global trade union federation. He was especially influenced by Dan Gallin, Chair 1968-1997.
