Ioannis Tamouridis
Ioannis Tamouridis (Greek Γιάννης Ταμουρίδης, born June 3, 1980 in Thessaloniki ) is a Greek track and road racing cyclist.
Ioannis Tamouridis in 1997 on the path of Greek junior champion in the points race and in the individual pursuit. The title in the points race, he defended the following year. In the elite class Tamouridis was in the individual pursuit, points race and scratch since 1999, several times national champion. In the U23 European Track Cycling Championships 2002, he won the silver medal in the points race. Both Track Cycling World Cup 2005 Tamouridis won the silver medal in the points race and a year later the bronze medal in the scratch.
On the road Tamouridis 1997 and 1998 Greek Junior champion in the time trial and road race. Also in the U23 class and in the elite class he was in the following years, several times national champion. In the 2002 season he also won the prologue of the Tour of Greece. 2006 Tamouridis was successful on three sections of the Tour of Crete and in 2007 he won a stage.
