Iphimedeia

Iphimedeia (Greek Ἰφιμέδεια ) or Ephimedeia is a figure from Greek mythology. She was the daughter of Triops and the wife of Aloeus. She gave birth to the Aloadae ( Αλοάδαι ) or Aloiden ( Αλοεῖδαι, Latinized Aloïdae, after competing variants only namesake ) Ephialtes and Otos. Who was their father, is controversial; Some sources speak of Poseidon, god of the sea, others of Aloeus, her husband.
