Isabel Marant
Isabel Marant ( born April 12, 1967 in Boulogne- Billancourt, Hauts -de -Seine département, France ) is a French fashion designer.
Life
Marant is the daughter of a French father and a German mother, who initially worked as a model and later as director of the modeling agency Elite Model Management. At the age of fifteen years Isabel designed her first clothing. In the years 1985-1987 she attended fashion school Studio Berçot in Paris. Already in the following year, she collaborated with Michel Klein and designed together with Bridget Yorke collections for the brand Yorke et Cole. In 1989, she developed under her own name a jewelry brand and developed models for Claude Montana and Michel Perry.
From the year 1994 she called her previous mark Twen with their own Isabel Marant, which could be seen at next year for the first time in a catwalk show. My large studio she taught in Paris in 1998, the year in which they opened their first boutique in Paris. To date, it has established its own lingerie brand and a brand for children's fashion. Her creations have a penchant for streetwear, is one of the comments on their style.
Marant is married to fashion designer Jerome Dreyfuss, with whom she has a son.
