Iserlohn train station is located in the center of the station Iserlohn. It lies at the end of two single-track railway lines, the Ardey train of sword and the distance from Letmathe. Since the new building in 2008, he renamed as the City Railway Station.

History

Iserlohn train station in 1864, together with the railway line Letmathe - Iserlohn opened, which was extended after 1885 to Hemer and on to Fröndenberg. 1910, was still the Ardey train to sword added. In 1966, the old station building was replaced by a new building.

Because of a ramshackle bridge the railway line Letmathe - Fröndenberg was decommissioned in 1989 between the Iserlohn Ost train station and Hemer.
