ISO 3166-2:EE

The list of ISO -3166 -2 codes for Estonia contains the codes for the 15 counties ( maakonnad ).

The codes are composed of two parts which are separated by a hyphen. The first part is the country code according to ISO 3166-1 ( for Estonia EE ), the second the code for the counties again. The current country code has not been updated since the publication in 1998.

The counties were given two-digit numbers from 37 to 86
