István Gyulai
István Gyulai ( born March 21, 1943 in Budapest, † March 12, 2006 in Monte Carlo ) was a 400 -meter runner. He was a member of the Hungarian Olympic team in 1964 in Tokyo.
Later he worked as a commentator for Hungarian television, where he rose to the head of sport.
Since 1991, Gyulai was General Secretary of the International Association of Athletics Federations IAAF.
Gyulai succumbed to cancer.
