Izhevsk Mechanical Plant

Ischmech (Russian Ижевский механический завод, Ischewski mechanitscheski zavod ) was a Soviet and Russian arms manufacturers from Izhevsk.

The company was founded in 1942 and established military and civilian firearms, the latter under the brand name Baikal. In 2013 Ischmech was fused to the Ischmasch same local.
