Jabaliya (Arabic جباليا Jabaliya, DMG Ǧabāliyā ), also Jabalia or Jabalyia, is a city in the province of North Gaza, in the northern Gaza Strip. The place had about 3,500 inhabitants in 1945.

After the Palestine War 1948, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East ( UNRWA), built in the north of the city, a 1.4 km ² refugee camp for about 35,000 people.
