Jack O'Halloran

Jack O'Halloran ( born April 8, 1943 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American actor and former boxer.

Boxing

O'Halloran was heavyweight boxer in the 1960s and 1970s. He remained unbeaten in his first 16 fights and was for a time as a promising talent. He beat boxers such as Cleveland Williams, Terry Daniels, Manuel Ramos and Danny McAlinden. In 1972, he won by defeating Henry Clark, the California state heavyweight championship. After 1973 he achieved a sensational victory over Al "Blue" Lewis, O'Halloran was just about to get a fight against Muhammad Ali, but was then Jimmy Summerville during a battle in Miami Beach KO beaten. Although O'Halloran won the rematch for themselves, then not managed to the ground on the leaders in the sport of boxing. He lost fights against the future World Heavyweight champion George Foreman and Ken Norton. In 1974, he retired after a total of 34 wins ( including 17 by KO) back, 21 defeats and two draws from the boxes.

Acting career

O'Halloran then began a successful career as an actor. His first role in 1975 of Moose Malloy in the film Farewell, My darling, on the side of Robert Mitchum as a private detective Philip Marlowe. In 1976 he played with the King Kong remake. O'Halloran's most famous role was that of silent Non, the member of the trio of Kryptonian super villains, which was relegated to Superman Jor -El in the Phantom Zone and was released in Superman II Superman himself accidentally again. Among many roles in movies O'Halloran appeared in numerous television productions.
