Jackie Goldberg

Jackie Goldberg ( born November 18, 1944) is an American politician of the Democratic Party.

Jackie Goldberg studied education at the University of California at Berkeley and worked as a teacher. From 1994 to 2000 she was in the Los Angeles City Council. Goldberg was from December 4, 2000 to December 4, 2006 as the successor of Antonio Villaraigosa deputy in the California State Assembly. She was re-elected twice, but could not run fourth time because of term limits; followed her again a Democrat with Kevin de León. Goldberg is married to Sharon Stricker since 2008 and lives with her in Los Angeles.
