Jacobo Arenas

Jacobo Arenas ( born January 23, 1924 as Luis Alberto Morante in Bucaramanga, Santander, † August 10 1990 in La Uribe, Meta ) was a Colombian politician and guerrilla.

He was one of the founders of the communist rebel group FARC and one of the communist leaders of the enclave República de Marque Talia ( German: Independent Republic of Marque Talia ).
