The Jadestadion in Wilhelmshaven is a football stadium where the football club SV Wilhelmshaven plays its home games. The stadium, completed in 1999 is located in the Sports forum in the peacekeeping road (in the district Rüstringer city park ) and has a capacity of 7,500 spectators.
Stadium Description
The pure football stadium has four stands, of which the northern, eastern and western stands are covered. The stadium has 7,500 seats, of which 2,200 seats and 5,300 standing places. For the guests of foreign clubs the 2,000 seats are reserved on the uncovered South Stand. History
Before the Jadestadion was built, the players of the SV Wilhelmshaven played at the stadium of Peace Street. The main railway station of Wilhelmshaven is also the bus station. There, take the bus line 6 direction " Voslapp South " for the district Wiesenhof and get off at the stop "Am Wiesenhof ".
