Jalovec (mountain)

The Jalovec is a mountain in the Julian Alps in Slovenia, with a height of 2645 m. i J.. Jalovec The stands at three valleys, which he surmounted significantly. First ascent

In 1875 Karl Wurmb ascended from the summit with two guides ( Crnuta and Strgulc ) from Koritnicatal. 1878, the mountain of Karl Blodig was first climbed by the Trenta. In 1884, Julius climbed Kugy and mountain guide Andrej Komac from the Jalovec from Planicatal. The north wall was defeated in 1909 by Ferdinand Horn.
