James White (writer and translator)
James White (* 1759 in Dublin, † 1799) was an Irish author and translator.
Life
James White began studying in 1778 at Trinity College, Dublin and received a university degree in Humanities in 1780. Neither is anything known about his family as the reason for his emigration to England, where he spent the rest of his life.
