Ján Homer

Ján Homér ( born December 11, 1980 in Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak ice hockey player who is under contract with HC Kosice in the Slovak Extraliga since 2009.

Career

Ján Homér began his career as a hockey player in the youth of HK Spartak Dubnica, for the first team, he was active in the sub-prime first League from 1997 to 1999. Then the defender moved to the Czech first division club HC Zlín, for which he spent the next four years in the Czech Extraliga, while for the HC Prostějov he ran aground in parallel in the first league.

In the summer of 2003 Hómer returned to his native Slovakia, where he stood in the next six years for the HC Dukla Trenčín in the Extraliga on the ice, with the Slovakian champion he was first in the 2003/04 season. For the 2009/10 season the links Sagittarius received a contract with the reigning champions HC Košice. With this he won in 2010 and 2011 also the championship.
