Jan Jacob Verdenius

Jan Jacob Verdenius ( born September 11, 1973) is a retired Norwegian cross-country skier.

Verdenius achieved its best results in the 2000 /01 season. So he won the Sprint World Cup in Engelberg and could still celebrate two more podium finishes in the season. These good results secured him the victory in the overall standings of the Sprint Cup. At the Nordic World Ski Championships 2001, he reached the tenth place in the sprint competition.

1996 and 1997 was Verdenius roller ski world champion. In the discharged in the summer roller ski World Cup in 2000 he was second in the overall standings. He was able to choose five competitions.

According to the 2001 /02 season Verdenius ended his active career.
