Jan Kruis

January Kruis ( born June 8, 1933, Rotterdam) is a Dutch comic artist and songwriter.

Kruis began as a child, drawing his first comics. 1970 was finally published his comic series ' Jan, Jans en de kinderen " for the first time in the women's magazine Libelle. The comedic series, which consists exclusively of one- pager ( André Franquin's Gaston about similar or the first volumes of Zep's Titeuf series), became a grand success; are a total of 1191 episodes appeared in a total of 27 albums.
