Jan Mybrand
Jan Torsten Mybrand ( born January 26, 1959 in Kolsva, Köpings, Sweden) is a Swedish actor.
Career
After completing his schooling at a high school Mybrand initially studied mechanical engineering and was a qualified instrument maker. He then worked for a time at the Swedish car maker Volvo in Köpings and later in Kolva, in the province Västmanland County, at the Swedish steel manufacturer Kohlswa Jernverks AB. After completing his military service, he made his first acting experiences as a small actor in the theater. In the 1980s, he took acting training at the Drama Tens elevskola and then studied from 1984-1987 at the Teaterhögskolan i Stockholm ( Stockholm School of Theatre ). During an internship Mybrand worked at Folkteatern in Gävle and since 1986 he worked at the Stockholm stadsteater. Furthermore Mybrand worked as a film actor in several Swedish film and television productions.
