Jan Siberechts

Jan Siberechts (* 1627 in Antwerp, † 1703 in London) was a Flemish landscape painter.

Life

Siberechts was the son of a sculptor of the same name. It was 1648 - 1649 Member of the Guild of St. Luke of his hometown and made in the subsequent period a name in Flanders. 1670 he went to London, where he was successful in 1703 and died.
