Jan Władysław Obłąk

Jan Władysław Oblak ( born May 26, 1913 in Borzęcin, † 16 December 1988 in Olsztyn ) was a Polish Catholic priest, Bishop of Warmia in 1982 to 1988.

Life

After finishing high school in Tarnów, he joined in 1931 the local seminary. On 26 June 1936 he was ordained priest. He then worked as a curate in Ciężkowice, in Nowy Sacz later.
