Janne Müller-Wieland

Janne Müller- Wieland ( born October 28, 1986 in Hamburg ) is a German hockey player.

Janne Müller- Wieland began in 1992 when Uhlenhorster HC with the hockey game. While studying in Dusseldorf, they played each the indoor season for black and white Neuss, but commuted for the field to Hamburg for UHC. After the Beijing Olympics in 2008, she continued her degree in business administration in Hamburg continued to Bachelor exam in 2010 and returned completely back to their home club UHC. With the Uhlenhorster HC the defender third in the German Championship 2007/2008 was. 2009/2009 was as Mannschaftskapitänin UHC German champions 1-0 in the final against the club on the river Alster. In the 2009/2010 season, the UHC ladies reached the finals in Halle, field and in the inaugural ECCC ( European Club Champions Cup) and were each runner. Since 2002, Janne Müller- Wieland went through the youth teams of the German Hockey Federation. In 2002 she was in Rotterdam European Champion with the U16 national team, 2003, she was in Dublin with the U18 selection Vice European Champion. In 2005, she became vice world champion in Chile with the U21 team that won the European Championship in Sicily then 2006. After these successes debuted Janne Müller- Wieland New Year's Eve 2006 in the German national hockey team. In 2008, she finished with the German team took second place in the FIH Champions Trophy in Mönchengladbach. At the Olympic Games in Beijing, she was the youngest German player and was the team's fourth. 2009 was followed by the Vice European Championship in Amsterdam. At the World Cup in Rosario / Argentina in 2010, fourth place was achieved. The Vice European Championship 2011 in Holland meant qualification for the 2012 Olympics in London. On June 14, 2012 Janne Müller- Wieland was nominated for the 16er squad for London 2012.

Janne Müller- Wieland has completed a total of 127 A- international matches until June 2012, none of them in the hall (as of June 16, 2012).
