Jaquirana is a town of 4469 inhabitants in the eastern part of the state of Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil. It is located about 210 km northeast of Porto Alegre. Adjacent are the places of Bom Jesus, Cambará do Sul, São Francisco de Paula and São José dos Ausentes. Originally Jaquirana was part of Munizips São Francisco de Paula.
