Javier de Jesús Zapata

Javier Zapata Villada ( born October 16, 1969) is a Colombian cyclist.

Javier Zapata began his career in 1996 with the cycling team Gobernacion de Antioquia - Loteria de Medellin. In 1998 he drove a year for Kross - Selle Italia. In the Argentina tour 2000 he won the fourth stage of its own. Since 2001, Zapata Villada traveling at Orbitel. In 2006, he won two stages in the Doble Copacabana and thereby finished fourth in the overall standings.
