Jean-Pierre Samazeuilh

Jean -Pierre Samazeuilh (born 17 January 1891 in Bordeaux Merignac † 13 April 1965 ) was a French tennis player.

In 1921 Samazeuilh won the French Tennis Championships against last year's winner André Gobert in four sets 6-3, 6-3, 2:6 and 7:5, after he was already in 1914 in the final, but his compatriot Max Décugis in four sets was beaten 6:3, 1:6, 4:6 and 4:6. In 1922 he reached the final of a third and final time, but lost Henri Cochet in three sets 6:8, 3:6 and 5:7.
