Jeff Galloway
Jeff Galloway ( born July 12, 1945 Raleigh, North Carolina ) is a former American long- distance runner who is a popular treadmill, and nonfiction author today. His greatest achievement was the victory at the Honolulu Marathon in 1974; He also was a participant at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.
He is the inventor of the Run -Walk -Run - Run ™ method, the core of which are planned walk breaks during training and the marathon race, and the author of several books on the sport of running.
