Jeff MacNelly
Jeffrey Kenneth MacNelly ( born September 17, 1947 in New York City; † June 8, 2000 in Baltimore) was an American cartoonist and caricaturist.
Even in his days at the University made MacNelly to cartoons. He soon recorded daily for the newspaper, The Richmond News Leader. Even after 2 years, 1972 MacNelly won his first Pulitzer Prize in the field of caricature. In 1977, he created his own, known in the U.S. comic strip Shoe, which he drew until his death in 2000. In the crude subscribed Strip act humanized birds which have or use computers but sit on trees desks and kitchens. The focus is on the staff of the newspaper " Treetops Tattler - Tribune " and their families.
