Jena Lee
Jena Lee ( born June 29, 1987 in Chile ) is a French R & B and rock singer and songwriter.
Biography
Jena Lee was born in Chile, with nine months she was adopted by a French family and grew up in Oloron -Sainte -Marie. During her youth she was very musical and composed her own songs and it even got in touch with a label. But she only finished her school before she went to Paris in 2006.
Just one year later, she was hired as a songwriter for the debut album of the Popstars winner Sheryfa Luna. At six titles she has been involved, including the number -one hit Quelque part and Comme avant, a duet of Luna with Mathieu Edward, reached # 3 on the French charts.
However, they aspired to own singing career and himself took part at the casting contest Urban Music Nation, which she won in late 2008 and which earned her a contract with Mercury / Universal.
Until its first publication it was not until October 2009, but then had their debut single at first big success and debuted at # 1 on the French charts. There they remained for 11 weeks, longer than any other single of the year. With their album Vous remercier and the second single Je me perds it reached top 10 positions each.
