Jette Bang

Jette Bang ( born February 4, 1914 in Solbjerg Sogn, Frederiksberg Kommune, † February 16, 1964 in Copenhagen) was a Danish photographer who has left a large ethnographic collection photos about life and culture of the Inuit of Greenland and Inughuit.

In addition to her photographic work, she also published several books and films about Greenland and its people, including the film Inuit. She photographed in the years 1936, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1945, 1956, 1961, 1962 and 1963 in Greenland.
