Jim Martin (puppeteer)

Jim Martin is an American puppeteer. He is best known for his appearances on Sesame Street. He won as part of the crew of five Emmy Awards. He was nominated several times for an Emmy and won it in the category " Outstanding Achievement in Costume Design / Styling ", also for Sesame Street.

Life

Martin attended St. Joseph's High School in Mount Oliver and Point Park College (now University ), both in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Career

In the 1970s, Jim Martin played a role in the show: Adventure Time.

Martin acted as one of the main puppet characters in the children's television series The Great Space Coaster (1980 to 1985) as Gary Gnu.

Martin was a producer and director of the show Johnny and the Sprites, and is the creator and owner of the " Anybody Pupplets ".
