Jimmy Roye ( born September 2, 1988 in Paris ) is a French football player.

Career

Roye was included in the youth department of the southern French professional clubs OGC Nice in 2003 and moved from there in 2006 to SC Amiens, where he however did not make the leap to the first team and instead opted for a change in 2008 to the third division Calais RUFC. In northern France Calais the young player became the master power. Because he could avoid relegation of the team at the end of his first season, he left the club yet and also signed with third-rate Paris FC. The club from the French capital he was again a regular place, he was able to maintain until his move to Premier League rivals Chamois Niort in 2011.

In Niort he counted not only to the service providers, but reached in the season 2011/12 with ten goals for the first time a two-digit number of hits. With these, he contributed to the rise at the end of the season, which meant the first leap into a professional league for him. Thus Roye scored his professional debut when he was 27 July 2012 in a 1-1 draw against Clermont Foot over the full length of the game on the court. During his first season of second division player was able to maintain his place.
